Machine Operator / Packer

JDR Recruitment are looking for Machine Operators / Packers in Little Hulton, M38, to work in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery
• Load raw materials into machines as required
• Make basic machine adjustments to maintain correct output
• Identify and report machine faults or quality issues promptly
• Carry out basic cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment

Packing & Quality Control

• Pack finished products according to specification and order requirements
• Check product quality (length, sealing, cleanliness, count per pack)
• Remove and report defective products
• Label, box, and palletise finished goods correctly

Health, Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
• Wear required PPE and use equipment safely
