+ **Shift** - **1st Shift:** 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Thurs)
+ **2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Thurs)
+ **Weekend Shift:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fri–Sun)

**Job Description**

The Production Line Lead oversees the day‑to‑day operation of a manufacturing line, ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and staffing requirements are met. This role leads and trains production employees, coordinates line changeovers, troubleshoots issues, applies lean manufacturing principles, and supports continuous improvement efforts while still operating equipment alongside the team.
