**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join a screw and fastener coating company. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in enhancing screws by applying protective coatings, adding colored paint for visibility, or incorporating nylon locks. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a union after the initial 90 days, with annual raises thereafter.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review work orders to determine client specifications for screw alterations.
+ Set up and operate your assigned machine independently.
+ Conduct three quality checks every hour and document the results.
+ Apply protective coatings, colored paint, plastic caps, or nylon nuts to screws as required.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in machine operation and inspection.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude to manage complex machinery.
+ Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
