**🌙 Job Title:** **Production Operator** **– Overnight Shift**

+ **Pay: $17-20/hr + built-in overtime + skill-based increases**
+ Shift: Overnight, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
+ **Schedule: 3 consecutive days on / 4+ days off (up to 7 days off)**
+ Location: Local manufacturing facility
