Machine Operator

**$18/hr to start | $20/hr when hired | Machine Operator | Newton, NC**

**2nd and 3rd Shift openings** **in a highly automated, modern manufacturing environment**
**If you’ve worked around advanced equipment or fast-paced production lines, this is a chance to step into a cleaner, more technical setting where operators are expected to think, troubleshoot, and stay ahead of the process**

**Shifts**
**2nd Shift Monday–Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM**
**3rd Shift Sunday–Thursday 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM**
**Consistent 8-hour shifts with overtime as needed**

**Pay**
**Start at $18.00/hr**
**Increase to $20.00/hr once hired full-time**
