Machine Operator

**We are urgently hiring machine operators in Newport, WA - Pay $20-$22/hr**

**Job Description**

As a Winder/Kitter, you will operate equipment to produce graphite or fiberglass unidirectional prepreg (skins), and then cut these skins into 0/90 oriented kits of material. These kits serve as face sheet plies for honeycomb sandwich panels.

**_SHIFTS_** _: Choose between weekend night shifts from Friday to Sunday/Monday (4pm-4am) or weekend day shifts from Friday-Sunday/Monday (4am-4pm)_

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate machinery to produce unidirectional prepreg skins.
+ Cut skins into 0/90 oriented kits for honeycomb sandwich panels.
+ Follow production work orders to formulate each product.
+ Complete each step of the work order and perform in-process quality checks.
+ Report to the Winder Production Supervisor.
+ Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
