The Machine Setter will set, run, and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. They will support daily output targets by completing accurate machine set ups, monitoring quality, and ensuring smooth operation throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities: Follow daily production instructions and run the correct required springs. Monitor raw materials and request as required from the department Manager. Monitor quality of products ensure all quality procedures and checks are adhered to, feed back to the Manager. Changing cloth and wire. Complete Quality checks to agreed tolerances.
