**Job Description**

The Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring intake and vat machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role involves manual machine setup with hand tools, performing basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work area throughout each shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manually set up intake and vat machines using hand tools according to work orders and production requirements.
+ Operate machinery and monitor screens to ensure equipment runs correctly and efficiently during production.
+ Handle machine changeovers as needed, including cleaning, sanitizing, and adjusting equipment for different products.
+ Perform basic mechanical and electrical testing and troubleshooting when issues arise with the machines.
