**Job Description**

This Machine Operator role is a hands-on, physically active position in a manufacturing environment. You will operate and adjust palletizing equipment, move product as needed, and frequently go up and down stairs throughout your shift. This role does not require forklift operation but does require consistent attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate palletizing machinery safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
+ Make routine adjustments to the machine to maintain proper operation and product quality.
+ Move product as needed to keep production flowing and ensure materials are in place.
