**Job Description**

The Machine Operator loads and unloads machines with small metal components, performs detailed visual and dimensional inspections, and ensures parts meet quality standards in a clean, fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on efficient, accurate machine tending rather than machine setup and requires attention to detail, steady hands, and comfort working with small parts for extended periods while standing.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load machines with metal rods and small metal parts that may be drilled, bent, or cut according to production requirements.
+ Unload completed parts from the machine once the cycle is finished.
+ Perform visual inspections of finished parts, including using a microscope to verify quality and detect defects.
