**Job Description**

This role involves operating plastic injection molding equipment on a second shift schedule, carefully inspecting small plastic parts as they come off the machines, and preparing them for shipment. You will work in a clean, growing production environment with no heavy lifting, contributing directly to efficient and high-quality manufacturing output.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate plastic injection machines safely and efficiently during assigned shifts.
+ Inspect small plastic parts as they come off the plastic injection machines to ensure they meet quality standards.
+ Identify and separate defective or nonconforming parts according to established procedures.
+ Place inspected parts into boxes and prepare them for shipment in an organized and accurate manner.
