Description:

• Reference work orders to set up the production filling line according to product and run specifications.
• Lead the process of setting up production filling lines and operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Facilitate and lead adjustments to machine settings and perform light repairs as required to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Document all production activities accurately per GMP requirements using Product History Records (PHRs).
• Check bottles placed on the line to ensure they meet quality requirements before filling and packaging.
• Monitor product filling and packaging equipment to ensure effective and consistent operation throughout the production run.
