Our client, a leading manufacturer in the textile industry, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Greensboro, NC

**Pay Range:** $17.25/hr

**Shift:** 2:30pm - 11pm

**What's the Job?**

+ Check machines, creels, and products prior to start-up for abnormalities
+ Keep machines running at maximum efficiency and monitor raw materials
+ Perform regular 20-minute checks on each machine in operation
+ Enforce visual findings for preventive maintenance or repair work
+ Follow all work instructions, quality system processes, and safety policies
