**Job Title: General Production Worker**

**Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated candidates to work in various positions on the manufacturing floor for approximately 2-3 months due to a large customer order.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide production support by cleaning production and general shop areas, tools, and taking out garbage.
+ Set up production cells and assist in product assembly.
+ Operate a variety of machines, including automatic and manual chuckers, CNC lathes, vertical mills, multi-press, reamer/drill taps, testers, and paint booth.
+ Operate forklift as needed.
+ Maintain safety and quality standards.
+ Ensure smooth production flow and operations.
+ Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
+ Collaborate productively and professionally with team members.
+ Contribute to daily improvement efforts by sharing observations and ideas.
