Tools of the Trade (Requirements and Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC Machine Lathe and Mill experience


• Mechanical instincts — you know when something’s off


• Detail counts — quality is everything


• Able to use measuring equipment


• Strong enough for lifting and long shifts


• Reliable teammate who puts safety first


• Bonus: Ability to read blueprints
