**Job Description**

This role involves hands-on operation of manufacturing equipment in a food and beverage production environment. You will safely operate and monitor processing machinery used for tea extraction, blending, evaporation, and fermentation while also supporting the movement, packing, and storage of materials and finished goods. The position requires strong attention to safety and quality, comfort working around industrial equipment and chemicals, and the physical ability to perform repetitive, manual tasks in a non-climate-controlled facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in tea extraction, blending, evaporation, and fermentation processes.
