**Machine Operator: 1st Shift - $22/hr**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team and contribute to our daily production throughput. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery, maintaining quality, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and smooth production processes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate machinery according to specifications.
+ Maintain quality on all parts produced by the machine.
+ Follow drawings and prints based on customer specifications.
+ Troubleshoot any issues or defects on the machine.
+ Operate laser cutting machines to maintain daily production throughput as directed by the Production Supervisor.
+ Multitask and operate multiple machines when needed.
+ Keep machines and work area clean, organized, and free from obstructions to support a safe and efficient environment.
