As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, starting up machines, replacing spools, and loading new ones. The downtime between starting and finishing each cycle is minimal, requiring a steady pace rather than high-speed work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate large-scale rotating equipment and plastics extrusion systems
+ Monitor and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance
+ Record production data and ensure accurate documentation
+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
+ Participate in ongoing training and development programs
