**Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated General Production Workers to operate specialized production machinery safely and efficiently in support of advanced textile and aerospace composite manufacturing. This position involves working with engineered, 3D, and Helical Fabric for aerospace applications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate production equipment to produce products in accordance with safety, quality, and company goals.
+ Run the Autoweaver, a proprietary machine used exclusively in the preform area, with provided training.
+ Complete machine setup following machine and style specifications.
+ Perform on-cycle product inspections and document findings.
+ Follow verbal and written instructions to produce assigned products.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
+ Escalate product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or safety issues to management.
