About the opportunity:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment while ensuring product quality and efficient production flow.

• Shift pattern: Rotating roster, including day and night shifts (6am to 6pm, 6pm to 6am, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)

What you’ll do:

• Operate and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production
• Perform mechanical tasks, including component change-outs and resolving equipment faults
• Monitor equipment to meet quality standards and optimise production efficiency
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues
