Machine Operator

This role operates and maintains production machinery in the powders department on 2nd shift. You will run equipment safely and efficiently, perform basic mechanical repairs, and support a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines in the powders department according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance, product quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Perform inspections on equipment and products to identify defects, irregularities, or mechanical issues.
• Carry out minor maintenance and repair tasks on machines, especially when a maintenance technician is not immediately available.
