Machine Operator (4 Days a Week / Late Shift), Andover, Hampshire

£29,000 - £30,500 per annum, with overtime and bonus opportunities. Benefits include life assurance, sick pay and 4% pension.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronic components using Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machinery.
• Load and operate pick & place machines, paste and print components.
• Interpret customer drawings and conduct visual inspections of PCBs.
• Perform inspections and quality checks of finished boards.
• Adhere to production schedules and maintain high accuracy and throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, Monday to Thursday, 38 hours a week (1pm-11pm).
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings.
• Previous experience in electronics or manufacturing is an advantage.
