Machine Operator 1 - Manual Cell

Apply metal to customer orders and accurately process material according to the work order specifications. Ensure that processing equipment is maintained in a safe and clean condition. Maintain processing area in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Complete all required information entry accurately. Perform any other tasks as assigned.

• Manual cell machines include: Drill, Tap, deburr, heat shrink application, bandsaw cutting, shearing, PEM/Hardware installation, manual hole punching. Parts are setup manually (no CNC).

• Setup : Preparing the machine by loading tools specific to the job requirements.

• Operation : Monitoring and operating the machine in copper & aluminum bar, ensuring quality standards are met.

• Quality Control : Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as needed. Basic blueprint reading,...
