Machine Operative – Redhill

Recruit4staff is representing a leading packaging manufacturer for the role of Machine Operative in Redhill .

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM (night shift). Duration: Permanent. Benefits: Uniform & PPE provided, 20 days holiday + bank holidays.

As a Machine Operative, you will support the Cut and Crease Minders in all aspects of cut and crease operations. You will be responsible for setting up and running Bobst or similar finishing machinery, ensuring all cartons meet the highest quality standards. The role includes regular machine maintenance, quality checks, and housekeeping duties while maintaining production efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Previous experience with Cut & Crease (Print & Packaging)
• Familiarity with high‑end packaging production environments
