Machine Operative (MO1)

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operative to join our team. The focus of this role is to complete all Machine Operative tasks to a high standard, by constantly challenging the status quo and be at the forefront of evolution, continuous improvement, quality and health, safety & welfare. Whist promoting Unilin’s core values of openness, integrity, adaptability, customer focus and team approach.
Permanent Position: Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm on rotation weekly.
Key Attributes:
Ability to work on own initiative
Effective communication skills
Good problem solving ability
Forklift Licence
Key Tasks and Duties:
Work within the ethos and standards of the company
Work in all areas of the factory
Complete training on all functions of MO1 Grade 1
