Salary: £28,298.27 per annum + excellent benefits

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours : 37 per week, Monday to Thursday 09:15 to 17:15 Friday 09:30 to 17:00/ Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 14:00 Friday 06:00 to 13:30 to alternate each week.

As a Machine Driver/Operative in our Sandwell team you'll manage the acceptance of waste, control the traffic flow around site and load waste onto artic lorries using shovel loaders in a safe and timely manner.

You'll be entrusted to:

• Carry out the loading of all waste materials in and out of the site
• Assist with the traffic direction and efficient movement of vehicles on site whilst ensuring a safe working environment
• Responsible for the daily inspection, general maintenance and reporting procedure of all plant and vehicles prior to and on completion of usage
