Machine Build Automation and PLC Engineer

• Manage and maintain automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and servos, ensuring proper backups, software/hardware updates, and adherence to programming standards across production equipment.
• Support shop floor operations and troubleshooting, resolving machine stops, quality issues, and process problems related to automation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams through structured problem-solving (8D).
• Drive continuous improvement and technical development, leading optimization projects, updating documentation and spare parts lists, training technical personnel, and supporting machinery design and modifications aligned with operational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related field, with solid experience in industrial automation environments.
