Machine Adjuster Trainee

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in converting equipment, is seeking a Machine Adjuster Trainee to join their dedicated team. As a Machine Adjuster Trainee, you will be part of the Production Department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Mount Pleasant, PA

**Pay Range:** $19.77/hr

**2nd Shift:** 3pm – 11pm; Monday – Friday

+ Set up and adjust various types of converting equipment for safe and efficient operation.
+ Perform start-up, adjustments involving close tolerances, maintenance, and troubleshooting; change window rolls (overhead).
