M&A Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the final six months of Transition Services Agreement (TSA) and reverse TSA (rTSA) activities required to successfully complete a divestiture.

In addition to managing these transition activities, the role will include responsibility for stranded cost reduction efforts. However, stranded cost reduction will represent a single workstream within the broader set of TSA-related responsibilities.
