Overview

The Project Manager – M&A (GBS) is responsible for the end-to-end project management of merger and acquisition integration initiatives within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role provides strategic and hands‑on leadership across complex, cross‑functional integration efforts, ensuring alignment with broader optimization initiatives and business objectives.

The Senior Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, proactively managing risks, driving decision‑making, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with high execution quality.
