-The role requires travelling on the Swiss territory.<

>-Execute the organisation's M&A strategy, including coordinating due diligence, structuring and coordinating pre-closing and post-acquisition operational integration.<

>-Support post-acquisition to drive growth and deliver sustainable value creation and synergies.<

>-Deal Execution & Negotiation: Coordinate end-to-end transaction process: financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.<

>-Integration & Synergy Realisation: Develop and oversee post-merger integration plans, ensuring operational and cultural alignment.<

>-Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes.<
