M&A Manager

We are looking for an M&A Manager to drive our strategic growth through acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestments. The successful candidate will join the Italian team, working closely with the Country MD and BU Directors, while reporting directly to the Executive M&A Director based in the Group HQ in Crawley, UK.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a high-quality M&A pipeline for all the Business Units and prepare robust business cases

• Conduct comprehensive market, sector, and competitor analyses to support strategic decision-making

• Build and maintain complex financial valuation models to assess value creation and potential deals

• Lead and coordinate the entire due diligence process, involving cross-functional experts across Italy and Europe

• Prepare high-quality investment proposals for formal approval by the Investment Committee
