Your work will include:

• Public and private M&A transactions, including takeovers
• Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
• Consortiums and strategic fund investments, including in the clean energy sector
• Complex FIRB approvals and foreign investment matters
• IPOs, rights issues, and placements
• Corporate governance and regulatory advisory (Corporations Act, ASX Rules, Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act)
