Due to continued deal flow and growth, we are supporting them in the search for a talented M&A Associate to join their team.

The Role
As an Associate, you will play a central role in executing M&A transactions from origination through to closing. Working closely with Partners and Directors, your responsibilities will include:
Financial modelling and valuation (DCF, comparables, transaction analysis)
Preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and management presentations
Market and company analysis, including buyer and target screening
