M365 Automation & RPA Engineer

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Automation & RPA Engineer to design, implement, and operate automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
This role combines:
Microsoft 365 administration and architecture
RPA and workflow automation using Power Platform and related tools
The ideal candidate understands both:
how M365 services work under the hood
and how to automate business processes across them

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration & Architecture
Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
Administer identity and access via Entra ID (Azure AD)
Configure and maintain:
Security & compliance policies (DLP, retention, access control)
Conditional Access and identity protection
Support:
M365 tenant configuration and governance
Integration with Azure services and external systems
Participate in migrations (on-prem → M365)
Monitor service health, usage, and sec...
