M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operative – Poole


Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Poole area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board and other Traffic Management roles.


Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:-

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to carry out work to a high standard

  • Good communication skills

    • Applicants must have:

  • Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)

  • CSCS card (Preferred)

  • Good timekeeping skills

  • Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours

  • Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request

  • Driving License (Preferred)

    • Hours of work:


    Monday – Friday , days or nights.
