Team Manager – Investment Banking Reconciliation  
Key Responsibilities  
Lead reconciliation teams across multiple functions including FOBO reconciliation , MF reconciliation , cash, trade, position, and nostro reconciliations. 
Ensure operational excellence, quality, control compliance, and SLA adherence across all reconciliation activities. 
Provide strategic oversight on break management, exception reporting, aged items, and operational risk mitigation.
