Job Title: M&E Surveyor (Electrical Biased)

Location: East of England / Hybrid

A large and well-established housing organisation is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Compliance Surveyor to support the delivery of its compliance and planned maintenance programmes across a substantial residential portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring contractor performance against electrical and mechanical compliance programmes
• Undertaking contractor audits, post-inspections and quality assurance checks
• Acting as the subject matter expert for electrical installations and compliance
• Supporting delivery of statutory compliance programmes and remedial works
• Managing contractors and ensuring compliance targets are achieved
• Providing technical advice on electrical installations, condition reporting and best practice
