Mechanical and Electrical Estimator
Here at 1st Step Solutions, we are supporting a leading M&E Building Services specialist who are currently recruiting an Electrical and Mechanical Estimator to join their team based in their Nottingham Office. The company has been established 91 years, specialising in Commercial and Industrial Projects across, Education, Healthcare, Defence and Hospitality sectors.
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of commercial projects, preparing detailed proposals, and collaborating with the Project Management and sales team to ensure successful project delivery. To be successful in this role, you must have a knowledge and understanding of pre-construction planning processes, Design & Build (D&B) contracts and current CDM compliance regulations.
