Zegna is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator in Stabio, Switzerland, to ensure excellent service throughout the order-to-delivery process. You'll manage customer orders and coordinate with various teams while implementing process improvements.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of B2B customer service experience, and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English and Italian is required, along with proficiency in SAP and Power BI.
