About the Job

As Luggage & Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, handling their luggage and any belongings with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and guide the Luggage Porters and Door team daily
• Conduct daily briefings to communicate occupancy, VIP arrivals, group movements, and special requests
• Oversee and execute secure handling, accurate tagging, storage, and delivery of guest luggage in adherence to security standards
• Manage guest traffic flow at hotel entrances, coordinating vehicles, taxis, and private transport
• Support inventory control of luggage carts, tags, umbrellas, and entrance equipment
