LUB Nutrition HTST / Separator Operator

Leprino is seeking both a HTST Seperator Operator. The HTST Clarifier Separator Operator is responsible for the safe operation of Whey and Whey Cream Pasteurizers, Whey Separators and Whey Clarifiers

This position pays $26.75 per hour. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the safe operation of Whey and Whey Cream Pasteurizers, Whey Separators and Whey Clarifier, and their associated equipment and/or processes, the quality of incoming raw materials, the quality of the outgoing products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safe work practices. This position is also responsible for maintaining 5S standards, and participating in and implementing continuous improvement.
