LTL Western Team Lead

The LTL Western Team Lead (TL) is responsible for overseeing the LTL Operations team for their assigned network. This includes supporting each team member with day‑to‑day execution, escalation, and assisting them in their personal development. The TL is also responsible for the regional LOS, maintaining internal relationships, partner carrier development, cost management, and operational efficiency.

People Development and Support

• Monitor, evaluate, and advise on day‑to‑day decision making of the Operations Support, LTL Coordinator, and Operations Weekend team.
• Report and measure network performance data to identify efficiencies and implement solutions.
• Guide the Operations Team to work with other areas of operations to successfully move product (i.e., fleet managers, planners, ABL, etc.).
