The Human Resource (HR) Group supports LTA’s purpose of delivering a people-centric land transport system and delivers future-ready solutions based on organisational needs. We are looking for a suitable candidate to support HR planning and digitalisation activities. The key responsibilities include the following:

• Partner business units to forecast workforce requirements in alignment with organisational priorities, leveraging workforce analytics and manpower planning models.
• Analyse workforce demand, supply, capacity and capability trends to identify gaps and recommend interventions to address current and future manpower needs.
