[LTA-DPO] SENIOR / SYSTEMS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

As part of the team that provides 24/7 monitoring and control of the ERP2.0 system from the Operations Control Centre (OCC), you will monitor system operations dashboards, detect faults, log incidents, and perform fault escalation in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Business Continuity Plans with various internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, you will support system maintenance activities, testing and commissioning of new systems, and perform post‑upgrade/maintenance system sanity checks.
