(LTA-AM) ASSISTANT MANAGER, ACTIVE MOBILITY (DEVICE SHARING)

The Device Sharing team in LTA’s Active Mobility Group oversees and administers the licensing of device-sharing operators in Singapore and operationalises the QR code parking system to facilitate the responsible parking of dockless shared bicycles.

You will help shape policy direction that guides the responsible growth of shared devices. We are looking for a proactive self‑starter who engages stakeholders, proposes data‑driven solutions to on‑the‑ground issues, and sees them through to implementation. You will also review outcomes and propose updates to operational policies and regulatory framework (including drafting policy papers and working on legislative changes, where required) to support the safe and sustainable growth of shared devices across the island.
