Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across the school
• Assist the class teacher in delivering differentiated learning
• Provide support for pupils with SEND, including social, emotional, and academic needs
• Help create a positive, structured, and safe learning environment
• Contribute to progress monitoring and individual support plans

Pre-requisites:

• Previous experience working as an LSA or within an educational setting
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and SEND support
