                 Job Name-   Licensed Practical Nurse 
 Job Type-   Local & Travel job assignment. 
 Radius rule for travel candidate-   Travel CNA' home address should be 50-mile away or greater from the facility' address at 707 North Elm St High Point NC 27262 
 Specialty- LPN -   Rehab 
 EHR:   N/ 
 Must Have Skills/Experience:   BLS, Active LPN state license & 2+ year of LPN experience. 
 Preferred Skillset/Experience:   N/ 
 Work location-   Onsite at 707 North Elm St High Point NC 27262 
 Shift- Night Shift (  6:45 AM to 3:15 PM ) 
 Week work schedule would be:   - Monday-Friday rotation 
 Weekend Hours:   Every other weekend rotation 
 Hours per day:   8.5
