What you should know about the LPN/RN extended hours:

• This is a PRN driving position covering New Philadelphia and Wooster area.
• Hours are 4p-12a one to three days a week, and 8a-8p every other weekend. Also include holiday requirements.
• We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

The LPN/RN individualized care essential duties are:

We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The LPN/RN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You will provide superior care to patients and their families.

LPN qualifications:

• Registered LPN or RN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
