LPN/LVN Home Health - Spokane, WA - PIPELINE

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse) – Home Health provides skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home and accompanies them when indicated to appointments, etc.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
+ Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice
+ One year prior professional nursing experience, home care experience preferred
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
